Five teams have clinched playoff spots, but there are seven postseason berths up for grabs over the final two weeks of the regular season.The Patriots and Steelers, who played one of the best games of the season Sunday, appear to be the top two teams in the AFC,though it's hard to forget how the Jaguars went into Pittsburgh on Oct. 8 and rolled to a 30-9 win.While the AFC might be a three-team race, the NFC is wide open. Kansas City Chiefs (8-6):Just as the Chargers appeared to be surging toward an AFC West title, the Chiefs reminded them they are still the defending division champs.13. San Francisco 49ers (4-10):QB Jimmy Garoppolo has won all three of his starts, giving those by the Bay some hope for next season.27. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-10):The pirate ship is sinking in a disappointing season filled with rough seas.28.
