Hi,

I think people just assume that all Gremlins are evil, and that Gizmo would turn evil if he turned into a Gremlin. But has that ever been established? I recall that at least in the first movie, the other Mogwai were evil BEFORE turning into Gremlins. Sure, they didn't have the claws and teeth necessary to rip a person's face off, but we clearly see the other Mogwai torturing Gizmo just for shits and giggles.So does turning into a Gremlin result in becoming evil? Or were the gremlins all evil because they started out evil as Mogwai?

Please help.
