i actually found that picture! and two others that i really liked. but i couldn't find them in the right size, so when i used them, they came out all distorted. they both had dragons sitting on books, cute and perfect except for the size.
knowing photoshop would have made that whole project significantly easier... |

My nickname is after the scientist in the Bugs Bunny cartoons. He lived with a monster named Gossamer and that was my cat's name.
I now have another cat (because the first one got sick and I had to put him to sleep) and when I chose her, I looked at the card and her name was already Madison!
And that's how I got my name...
Oh, and it's a carryover from my name at SST too. As if y'all didn't know.

Nate, you really should see a doctor about that cough, we don't want you gettin sick!
Anyways I picked Orion for several reasons.
One, I am really into astronomy (not to be confused with astrology, which I believe is a load of cr@p) and I am studying to become an astronomer. Two, Orion is not only the first constellation I learned to identify as a child, it is my favorite constellation. You see it for the first time shortly before winter, and to me, the first appearances of Orion are a harbinger of Christmas. Also, beneath Orion's belt is the Orion nebula, one of the few nebulae that can be seen with the naked eye. Third, I think "Orion" is just a cool name.
As for why I changed my name to Orion here at EFM... I've explained this several times in the EFM chat and the SST chat, I'm too lazy to tell it all again, so if you wanna know, you'll have to find someone who already knows.

My name is one I made up years ago for a mage thief I played in a PBEM ADnD campaign called Post-Conlegium. It was partly based on a character from a David Eddings series of books called the Belgariad, Prince Kheldar aka Silk the thief.
The full name shows my appreciation for dragons -
Draconis being latin for "of the dragon"

Well.. I tried to sign up as natedogg24 phirst,
but it wasnt possible, 
I quickly tried wrabbit2, maddy_the_second and genericadragona..
but all phailed ..-sigh-
I thought a while of trying another fruit (any except peaches I mean )
but then I decided to have my "old" name (same I use at SST).. and that I have cos I am such a hot vikingwoman with wings...bla lba bla... so thats that

my nickname is also transferred from the 'other' station. However, it was also given to me long before screen names were a thing. My real name is Georgia, hence comes Peaches.
And yes, I am from the South.. Southern California that is..
