Please join me in thanking Max for his amazing dedication to this station over the past few years. He has been here since the EFM doors were barely open. He has watched over and befriended all of us.
He has decided to retire and I am sad to see him leave in this capacity but very much look forward to having him around as often as he can spare to visit. He was the first EFM moderator and has certainly set an excellent example for all who dare to follow in his footsteps.
Thank you Max for extending your heart and soul to the EFM community. Your presence will be missed.
I believe the groove smilie was invented just for you.

Thank you Saff. I won't be too far away. And I will check in when I can. My bosses request for me to devote more time to my job has mostly led to this decision. I have and always will enjoy all of the friendships I have made over the years here on EFM.

Thanks for all your time and effort, Max. I hope we'll still be able to chat, but I understand that being a Mod is hard work. I used to be one for another group.
Good luck with the job focus thing. I hope it goes smoothly for you.

aw Max, "I hardly knew ye."
I want to thank you for all you've
done for EFM and for help to point me
in the right directions here when I was so new.
You will be missed but of course you need
to do what you have to do. I only hope I will be
online when you do get a chance to say hi in chat.
Good luck with your job & hey, remember that
